Level 3 Standard Routine with Leg and Abs Variation
This is a Level 3 Grey Matters routine. This a fairly standard routine with a variation on legs at the barre & triceps on the floor. Counter top or back of chair required as a (ballet) barre. Yoga mat or similar required for floor work. Very low dumbell weights can be used and are totally optional. This is a fairly moderate workout with no push-ups but requires a good amount of stamina. Always consult a medical practitioner before you embark on these fitness classes.
