In order to do this routine, you'll need a counter  or the back of a chair (or similar) to act as your ballet bar, for the workout. Additionally, a yoga mat or a similar soft surface will enhance your comfort whilst doing the floor exercises. And for the Level 1 workouts, you will need a ‘no-armed’ comfortable chair to do the seated class.   In all the routines, we work on strengthening all the muscle groups whilst stretching and relaxing the joints and spine.
