Grey matters - Level 2 - This is a standard routine with leg variation.
This is a lovely and quite strenuous routine. The leg variation at the barre is a real workout - make sure you have something sturdy as your 'barre' (counter top/table edge). As usual you will also require your yoga style mat as there is also (always) floor and core work. Always consult a medical practitioner before you embark on these fitness classes.
